The Thick Plottens

So here we are, 18(!) strips into Heroines for Hire. Today's comic marks an major new arc, with new characters introduced who are going to have quite the impact on the lives of Judy and Alanthia.  Meet Derrick the Paladin, Gorf the Thief and Biddle the Fighter.  They're a band of adventurers who've happened to find themselves in the Rusty Nipple, plotting their next quest for fame and fortune...well, mostly for fortune.

Someone was asking me today if the comic was going to end at any point.  Did I have a conclusion, as if this were a novel?  I said that it was really more like a sitcom...we'll keep making the comic as long as we feel there's still jokes and story to tell.  Of course, I did feel that question was a little pre-emptive...while 18 comic strips seems like a lot when you're working on it, in the grand scheme of things, we've barely gotten into Judy and Alanthia's story.  So hope you all stick around, and bring some friends along for the ride...we've got fun times ahead.

So Paul has gotten a new job. I've been so busy with travel and projects and work that I don't actually know anything about it, which I suppose makes me a rotten friend. I do know that as I am posting this up that I don't have any more scripts to work on for H4H. That's just fine, I have sooooo much work to keep me busy for the next week anyways.Anyone want to go with us to JPL this weekend?
